Brewing Methods

CHX is Crankhouse's ongoing house espresso blend, the tenth in a series, made from up to three seasonal component coffees for an easy-drinking, rounded cup. The current recipe is 70% COCARIVE 'Baba's Blend' - a natural Yellow Catuai/Caturra from Minas Gerais, Brazil (960-1100 masl) - and 30% Mandarino, a washed Castillo/Colombia variety from Huila, Colombia (1800-1900 masl), giving notes of red plum, milk chocolate, and toasted hazelnut. Versatile enough for espresso, cafetière, or Aeropress.
