Description

A single-origin washed filter coffee (Castillo variety) from the 30-hectare Cata Reserva farm in Timaná, Huila, Colombia, grown without synthetic fertilisers. Hand-picked cherries undergo 24 hours of controlled oxidation after pulping before being sun-dried on raised beds, giving a balanced, sweet cup with a tea-like character.
