Candle Light No.1 is a rotating seasonal house espresso sourced from Bossa Nova in Brazil's Cerrado region, a highly biodiverse savannah known for consistently high-quality coffee grown as part of the Volcafe Way sustainable sourcing programme. The Mundo Novo and Catuai varietals, naturally processed at around 950 masl, give a deep, sumptuous cup of dark chocolate and cinder toffee, recognised with multiple UK Great Taste Awards.
