The same Red Bourbon lot from the Kibingo processing station in northern Burundi as the espresso version, here roasted for filter brewing. Natural processing gives it deep sweetness and a clean, balanced body, with a gentle plum and grape acidity alongside rich chocolate and caramel tones, and a full, smooth, syrupy mouthfeel.
