A Red Bourbon lot from the Kibingo processing station in northern Burundi, roasted for espresso. Natural (dry) processing gives this coffee deep sweetness and a clean, balanced body, where a gentle plum and grape acidity complements rich chocolate and caramel tones - a full, smooth, syrupy cup that pushes back on the idea that African coffees must be sharply acidic.
