A natural-processed filter coffee grown by smallholder farmers around the Buku washing station (2,350m) in the West Guji region of Ethiopia, sourced in collaboration with SNAP Speciality Coffee. Hand-picked cherries are sun-dried on raised beds, producing a vibrant, high-altitude cup with standout lavender and blueberry yoghurt notes.
