From sustainability-focused Fazenda Bioma in Cerrado Mineiro, Brazil's first coffee region with a protected designation of origin, natural processed and sun-dried on raised terraces. Bubblegum-like acidity, pronounced nougat sweetness, hazelnut notes and a cocoa finish. Best on a filter brewer.
