Description

A decaffeinated Brazilian coffee from Minas Gerais and São Paulo at around 1,100m, blending Catuai, Bourbon, Catimor, and Mundo Novo varieties, decaffeinated via a CO2 process on a washed base. Low acidity with chocolate, cocoa, and nutty notes, keeping the character of a full-caffeine Brazilian cup.
