Brazil Santa Cecília Natural Yellow Catuaí is a direct-trade coffee bought straight from the Perbone family's Santa Cecília farm (around 60 hectares, 840-920 m a.s.l.), grown on Yellow and Red Catuaí and Mundo Novo, naturally processed and patio-dried. Roasted for espresso, it's sweet and round with minimal acidity, showing milk chocolate, hazelnut, caramel, and honey - a good everyday choice for espresso or automatic machines.
