Grown at a comparatively modest 950 metres above sea level at the base of Parque Estadual do Forno Grande, where the farm's diverse soil microbiome is credited as a bigger driver of quality than altitude alone. Processed as a semi-washed lot (mucilage partially removed before drying) rather than the more typical Brazilian natural, giving a cup that keeps the familiar chocolate and nut profile of Brazilian coffee while adding more balanced body and acidity.
