This is a Natural-processed Yellow Bourbon selected as one of the farm's Pick of Harvest releases, scoring 88 points. Expect sweet apricot and crisp white grape acidity up front, moving into a silky cream body, milk chocolate, and a finish of toasted almond. Roasted medium-dark.
