Another lot from Stephen Hurst's Fazenda Inglaterra in Minas Gerais, Brazil (1,200 m.a.s.l.), this time the Canario varietal, Natural processed. Almond opens the cup, softening into sweet marzipan with brown sugar, finishing with a delicate hint of raisin. Roasted medium-dark.
