The Bourbon-varietal, Natural-processed lot from Fazenda Inglaterra in Minas Gerais, Brazil (1,200 m.a.s.l.). Generous walnut and roasted hazelnut lead, with sweet layers of toffee and milk chocolate and a full, rounded body. Works well as both espresso and filter. Roasted medium to medium-dark.
