A rare Maragogype lot from Fazenda Cruzeiro in Monte Santo de Minas, Brazil, grown at 1,100m by the da Costa family, who have farmed this land for roughly a century. Natural processing gives it a rounded, nutty cup with notes of hazelnut, cookies, and chocolate. Medium roasted and geared toward espresso.
