From Brazil's Daterra farm in the Cerrado region, a tree-dried natural coffee made from Paraiso, Yellow Catuai and Arara varieties. Leaving the cherries to dry naturally on the tree develops exceptional sweetness and complexity, giving a fruit-forward cup with cacao, pomegranate and tropical fruit notes and a rounded, lingering finish.
