Description

A well-loved Brazilian coffee grown in the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais at just over 1000m, screen size 17/18 and graded Fine Cup (FC), the top tier of Brazil's own coffee classification. Washed processing and a medium roast give a creamy mouthfeel with cocoa, malt and chocolate aromas, rounded out by caramel and roasted hazelnut in the finish. Very low acidity and a rich crema make it an easy pick for espresso, though it also brews well through a filter.
