From Fazenda Cachoeira da Grama, a large farm (411 hectares, 84 under coffee) in the Vale da Grama, Mogiana region of São Paulo, Brazil (1,250 m.a.s.l.), grown by Gabriel de Carvalho Dias and sourced by Ozone for over 20 years. This Yellow Bourbon lot is Natural processed. Sweet milk chocolate and creamy marshmallow open the cup, sliding into walnut on the finish - described by the roastery as a 'Walnut Whip in a cup'. Roasted medium-dark.
