A Specialty-grade micro-lot of Mundo Novo from Farm Pirapitinga in Cerrado Mineiro, Brazil, grown at 910m. The cup is predominantly sweet, with floral rose-tea aromatics, cane sugar and honey sweetness, a hint of lemon and a light citrus acidity, finishing with a rich, liqueur-like body.
