A Red Bourbon microlot from the fourth-generation family farm Fazenda Rodomunho in Cerrado Mineiro, Brazil (940-1100m, cupping 90), fermented in a cold room to heighten complexity and aroma. The cup is intensely fruity and sweet, with honey, grape, blackcurrant, strawberry, raspberry and caramel notes and a rich, liqueur-like body, suited to both filter and espresso.
