Description
A dry-processed Arabica from the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais, Brazil (producer Auma Cafe), grown at 800-900m on flat terrain that allows mechanical harvesting. It produces a rich, thick crema and a full body, with sweet malt, chocolate and cocoa notes and a roasted-hazelnut finish, low in acidity.
