Grown by Jeivert Pañuni at his farm La Avanzada in the remote Irupana district of Bolivia's Yungas region, at 1,500-1,750 m.a.s.l., from a mix of Catuai, Caturra and Typica. Honey processed at his own micro-mill. The cup layers blackberry, raspberry and redcurrant like a summer berry medley, shifting to a sweet cooked-apple finish. Roasted medium-dark.
