Grown by Gregorio and Nancy Palli in the Copacabana colonia of Caranavi, La Paz, Bolivia (1,400-1,650 m.a.s.l.), Caturra and Catuai varieties, Mosto Fermented Washed processed. Bright, juicy lime and blackcurrant lead the cup with the vivid clarity typical of mosto fermentation, rounding into deep cocoa on the finish. Roasted medium-dark.
