Description
A second lot from Finca El Arcangel near Copacabana, Caranavi, Bolivia (1,500 m.a.s.l.), a Los Rodriguez farm milled at Agricafe's Buena Vista facility. This one is Yellow Caturra, plain Washed processed. A big hit of vanilla fudge with a silky body softens into tinned peaches on the finish. Roasted medium-dark.
