Bobolink is a light-roast, natural-processed single origin from the Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza network of smallholder farmers in Brazil. It has a silky, balanced body with subtle fruit acidity, delivering morello cherry, macadamia and milk chocolate notes in a nutty, spice-leaning cup suited to espresso, filter or cafetiere.
