Description

A 100% Arabica decaf from Colombia, graded Excelso EP (European Preparation, tightly sorted for a cleaner cup). Caffeine is removed via the chemical-free Swiss Water Process, which strips out up to 99% of the caffeine while preserving the bean's original character. The cup keeps the balanced, gently acidic Colombian profile of chocolate, cereal and caramel, with a hint of fruit sweetness, licorice and honey - full flavor without the caffeine.
