Beansmith's Colombian Atunkaa, a decaffeinated espresso-roast lot from smallholders of the ACC cooperative in Piendamó, Cauca, washed then decaffeinated using the natural sugarcane (ethyl acetate) process. A rich, sweet cup with raspberry, maple syrup and black-citrus black tea notes, and a full, syrupy body that holds up well even in the evening.
