Banko Dhadhato is a light-roast, natural-processed single origin from the Banko Dhadhato Cooperative in Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe region, where cherries are sun-dried on raised beds for up to 21 days. It's a sweet, vibrant, fruit-forward cup with raspberry jam, papaya and a creamy mouthfeel. Currently sold out at the source.
