Assembly's flagship espresso blend, developed with UK specialty coffee shops and refined seasonally according to crop availability. The current recipe combines natural-processed Brazil (Mió, 60%) and Timor Leste (Astabe, 30%) with a Tanzanian component (Estate AB, 10%). It gives a classic, rich profile of chocolate and caramel with a weighty texture, and is especially suited to milk drinks, where it takes on a banoffee-pie character.
