Altos de Jaén shares its origin story with Unit Fourteen: coffee from the Andean highlands surrounding Jaén in Peru's Cajamarca department, grown by smallholder farmers on plots up to 2100 masl in volcanic soil under a favourable tropical climate. Here it is roasted for filter brewing, and Round Hill Roastery offers it whole bean or ground for French press, aeropress, or pourover.
