A communal washed Castillo lot from Central Huila, Colombia, grown by sixteen smallholder farmers (1,400-2,000m) in partnership with the Coocentral cooperative and Nordic Approach. Complex yet approachable, with apple jam, orange zest, and cacao rounded out by cane-sugar sweetness. Cupping score 87.8.
