A naturally processed Obata lot grown by Marco A. Guardabaxo and Maria Silva at Fazenda Pinheiro in Sao Jose do Rio Pardo, Brazil, at 800-900 m.a.s.l., imported through Ocafi. Obata is a rarer, disease-resistant Sarchimor-family cultivar that adds a fruitier dimension to Brazil's typical profile. The cup is easy-drinking and full-bodied, with hazelnut, milk chocolate wafer, and dried figs alongside a creamy mouthfeel. Sold in the 1kg size only, whole bean.
